Lead Driver – Guest Transportation

About the role

The Lead Driver is responsible for safely transporting guests to and from assigned destinations using the property vehicle. This role also supports vehicle maintenance, incident reporting, and assists management with basic HR tasks while ensuring a high level of guest service.

Key responsibilities

• Run daily arrival and departure reports, verify special requests and accuracy.
• Document each trip before departure and after completion.
• Transport guests to designated locations, park the vehicle properly when not in use.
• Inspect the vehicle for damage, cleanliness, tire pressure, fluid levels and refuel as needed.
• Record and report any vehicle incidents or accidents to supervisors.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating and coaching staff.
• Report accidents, injuries or unsafe conditions and complete required safety training.
• Follow all company policies, maintain a professional appearance and protect confidential information.
• Answer telephone calls courteously and maintain positive working relationships.
• Perform physical duties such as lifting, moving, and navigating stairs or uneven surfaces.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related work experience.
• No prior supervisory experience required.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Ability to work full‑time and perform physical tasks as described.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
