Lead Engineer - OT Cyber Security

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Engineer to design, implement, and maintain security controls that protect our Operational Technology (OT) environment. You will lead threat analysis, incident response, and vulnerability management across SCADA, DCS, and HMI systems.

Key responsibilities

• Manage OT security monitoring solutions and investigate suspicious activity.
• Develop and maintain incident response plans, coordinating remediation with cross‑functional teams.
• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and patch management for OT assets during FAT, SAT, UAT, and shutdown periods.
• Plan and execute deployment of OT security solutions, integrating them into existing infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with OT regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.
• Deliver security awareness training and keep training materials up to date.
• Collaborate with automation, MES, network, and third‑party vendors to embed security into processes.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and produce security performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in OT/ICS Security or a related field.
• Proven experience in OT cyber security, preferably in an industrial setting.
• Strong understanding of SCADA, DCS, HMI, and related OT protocols.
