Lead Software Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Lead Software Engineer to join our development team. This position is aimed at 2026 engineering graduates who are eager to start their professional career in software development, working on web and mobile applications.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from design to deployment.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, designers, testers, and business analysts in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Develop and maintain front‑end features using React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Build cross‑platform mobile applications with Flutter.
• Implement back‑end services using Node.js, Python, or PHP and manage databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
• Integrate REST APIs and work with JSON data formats.
• Explore AI APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude) and apply basic prompt‑engineering concepts.
• Troubleshoot issues, fix defects, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate (2026 pass‑out) with 0‑1 year of internship or project experience in software development.
• Strong programming and problem‑solving abilities.
• Understanding of object‑oriented programming and software design principles.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices and basic CI/CD concepts.
• Good analytical, debugging, communication and teamwork skills.
