Lighting Design & Sales Specialist

About the role

The Address Group is seeking a hands‑on Lighting Design & Sales Specialist to create tailored lighting solutions for residential and commercial clients and to close each sale from the first consultation through delivery and payment.

Key responsibilities

• Design lighting concepts, selecting fixtures, colour temperature and spatial layout using the company’s product range.
• Negotiate and close deals directly with clients within an approved discount authority limit.
• Prioritise movement of specific inventory by matching design solutions to client needs.
• Manage the full client journey from consultation to delivery and final payment collection.
• Report weekly on proposals submitted, deals closed and revenue collected.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in lighting design, understanding fixture types, colour temperature and spatial lighting planning.
• Proven record of personally closing lighting or design sales deals.
• Comfortable working within a clear discount authority limit and escalating when necessary.
• Willingness to work on a base salary plus performance‑based commission, with extra incentives for moving priority inventory.
• Prior experience in Oman’s lighting, interior design or fit‑out market is preferred.
