LiveOps Executive - Sur

About the role

As a LiveOps Executive at Snoonu, you will be the operational heartbeat that keeps the delivery network running smoothly across Omani cities. You will work at the intersection of riders, merchants and technology, making real‑time decisions that directly impact the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor live delivery operations, tracking order flow, rider availability and zone coverage in real time.
• Coordinate daily with third‑party logistics partners to align rider deployment with demand forecasts.
• Identify, escalate and resolve operational issues such as merchant downtime or delivery delays.
• Support new city and zone launches by conducting readiness checks and Go/No‑Go assessments.
• Track and report on key KPIs (CPO, on‑time rate, rider utilisation) on a daily and weekly basis.
• Provide back‑end merchant support, troubleshooting order flow, account access and menu discrepancies.
• Manage merchant device issues (tablets, printers, connectivity) in collaboration with the tech team.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, last‑mile delivery or a fast‑paced coordination role.
• Strong organisational abilities and the capacity to juggle multiple priorities.
• Clear, confident communicator comfortable working with field teams, partners and internal stakeholders.
• Proactive problem‑solver who owns issues and escalates when needed.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
