Logistics Coordinator

About the role

Palomba General Trading LLC is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage international shipments and support its growing logistics network across the Middle East, Europe and other markets. The role is based in Muscat and involves close collaboration with freight forwarders, internal teams and customs authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate international shipments from suppliers to customers.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping companies and logistics providers.
• Monitor shipment schedules, delivery timelines and resolve transportation issues.
• Prepare and manage import/export documentation and ensure accurate logistics records.
• Support customs clearance activities with external partners.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Sales and Warehouse teams to align logistics operations.
• Track logistics performance, delivery KPIs and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous experience in logistics, shipping coordination or supply chain preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication and analytical abilities.
• Professional English proficiency.
