Logistics Manager – Recycling & Second‑hand Goods

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to lead end‑to‑end logistics and supply‑chain operations for recycling and second‑hand goods in Oman and the wider GCC region. The role focuses on optimizing costs, ensuring compliance, and driving profitability within a fast‑growing circular‑economy business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complete logistics and supply‑chain operations across Oman and the GCC.
• Handle import/export shipments, customs clearance, and freight coordination.
• Oversee movement of recycled and second‑hand goods such as shoes, bags, and textiles.
• Optimize logistics costs and improve overall profitability.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, warehouses, and recycling partners.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and international shipping standards.
• Monitor inventory flow and guarantee timely delivery of goods.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Track logistics performance and report cost and profitability metrics.
• Improve efficiency of recycling supply‑chain processes.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of logistics or supply‑chain management experience.
• Strong GCC experience, preferably in Oman.
• Mandatory experience in the recycling or second‑hand goods industry (shoes, bags, textiles, etc.).
• Proven ability to manage logistics costs and drive business profitability.
• Excellent communication in English; Arabic is highly preferred.
• Strong negotiation and vendor‑management capabilities.
• Leadership, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
