About the role
The Loss Prevention Officer will patrol all areas of the property, assist guests with room access, and ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and assets at the Al Mouj location. This full‑time position requires a proactive approach to incident response, hazard inspection, and emergency assistance.
Key responsibilities
- Patrol the property, monitor CCTV, perimeter alarms, duress alarms and fire life‑safety systems.
- Respond to accidents, provide first aid/CPR, contact EMS, and assist during emergencies.
- Defuse disturbances, escort unwelcome persons, and report incidents with detailed incident reports.
- Conduct daily physical hazard inspections, lock property entrances when required, and maintain confidentiality of all security documents.
- Investigate incidents, gather evidence, interview relevant parties, and complete shift summary reports.
Required profile
- Omani national, female.
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
