Maritime Liaison & Coordination Field Agent

About the role

We are looking for a Maritime Liaison & Coordination Field Agent to support ongoing maritime operations in the Sultanate of Oman. The role will be based in Khasab and will act as the primary link between vessel crews, shore‑based teams and local authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with vessel crew and onboard personnel.
• Support vessel‑to‑shore operational coordination and reporting.
• Liaise with Omani maritime, port, customs and administrative authorities as required.
• Assist with logistical coordination, crew support and operational continuity.
• Facilitate communications between Arabic‑speaking stakeholders and international operational teams.
• Support the transmission of operational information and mission‑related supplies.
• Represent the company professionally during field operations.

Required profile

• Previous maritime or offshore operational experience.
• Experience with communication protocols and satellite communication.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Familiarity with maritime operations and vessel environments.
• Ability to work in flexible, operational conditions.
• Strong sense of discretion, professionalism and responsibility.
• GCC experience considered an advantage.
• Willingness to relocate to Khasab, Oman.
