Marketing & Brand Activation Executive (Onsite, Muscat)

About the role

As a Marketing & Brand Activation Executive based in Muscat, you will lead on‑ground marketing initiatives that bring the brand to life. Working onsite, you will coordinate food‑truck activations, events and sampling campaigns to boost brand awareness and drive sales.

Key responsibilities

• Execute food‑truck activations, events, promotions, sampling campaigns and other on‑ground marketing activities.
• Build and maintain partnerships with food trucks, Mishkak outlets, universities, malls, schools and local businesses.
• Coordinate with Baladiya/Municipality and relevant authorities for approvals related to banners, events and marketing activities.
• Drive brand awareness, customer engagement, social media reach and sales through effective activations.
• Coordinate fairs, exhibitions, events, vendors, agencies and internal teams.
• Manage POSM, branding materials, displays, promotional items and event requirements.
• Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities, market trends and customer insights.
• Support new product launches, promotional campaigns and seasonal activations.
• Track activation performance and prepare basic reports on reach, engagement, leads and sales impact.

Required profile

• Omani national with a valid Oman driving licence.
• 2–5 years of experience in marketing, brand activation, events, FMCG, retail or F&B.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and networking abilities.
• Highly proactive, energetic and comfortable working in the field.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
• Good understanding of Muscat market dynamics and consumer behaviour.
• Ability to work flexible hours when required for events and activations.
• Existing network with food trucks, F&B outlets, malls, universities, schools and event organisers.
• Good command of Arabic and English.
