About the role

Bahja Real Estate is looking for a motivated Real Estate Sales Consultant to join its team in Muscat. You will guide clients through every stage of property transactions, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source new sales opportunities through networking, referrals and marketing initiatives.
• Provide expert advice to sellers and buyers on marketing strategies, property values and purchasing options.
• Conduct market analysis to determine competitive valuations and advise clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle: showcase properties, consult clients, negotiate terms and prepare sales agreements.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date database of available properties and listings.
• Inform clients about market conditions, pricing, legal requirements and related matters.
• Collaborate with solicitors, mortgage advisors and other professionals to facilitate transactions.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, independent worker with strong team ethic.
• High integrity and commitment to professional conduct.
• In‑depth knowledge of the Omani property market (advantageous).
• Valid Omani driving licence and personal vehicle.
