Mechanical Engineer – Crusher Systems

About the role

We are looking for a senior Mechanical Engineer to lead the installation, commissioning and ongoing operation of crusher plants and related mechanical equipment. The role will be based on site, working closely with project teams to ensure that crusher systems are delivered safely, on schedule and to performance specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the installation of crusher systems and associated mechanical equipment.
• Monitor commissioning activities and verify that all performance criteria are met.
• Ensure compliance with maintenance procedures and reliability standards.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical issues during construction and operation.
• Prepare and review documentation related to installation, testing and hand‑over.

Required profile

• 12‑15+ years of experience in mining, bulk‑handling or crusher system projects.
• Proven track record of managing large‑scale mechanical installations.
• Strong understanding of performance monitoring and maintenance compliance.
