Medical Representative – Oman

About the role

The Medical Representative will drive sales of both focus and legacy pharmaceutical brands across Oman. You will manage relationships with doctors and pharmacies, promote products using company tools, and ensure product availability throughout the territory.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and profile customers to match the right product with the right client, achieving sales objectives.
• Promote products using provided promotional tools and generate demand.
• Maintain a customer database, monitor product returns, stock levels, and expiry dates across stakeholders.
• Ensure product availability at all locations within the territory.
• Maintain call averages and visit frequencies with doctors and pharmacies according to company standards.
• Update customer lists and report calls on the company’s reporting platform.
• Develop knowledge‑based relationships, identify scientific needs, and conduct CME and RTD activities.
• Utilise digital resources for activities while ensuring compliance.

Required profile

• B.Pharmacy or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Medical Representative in the Oman market.
• Valid Oman Ministry of Health (MOH) license for Medical Representatives.
• Valid Oman driving licence.
