About the role
Tech Mahindra is looking for an experienced Database Administrator to manage MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB and MS‑SQL environments in Oman. The role requires immediate availability and 5‑10 years of relevant experience.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and optimise databases across MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB and MS‑SQL.
- Implement replication, partitioning, sharding and high‑availability solutions.
- Monitor performance using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK and Ops Manager.
Required profile
- 5+ years proven DBA experience with MySQL, Oracle and MongoDB.
- Certified on any of the listed database technologies.
- Hands‑on Linux administration and shell scripting.
