NetSuite Functional Consultant

About the role

Andersen is seeking a NetSuite Functional Consultant to lead the migration and optimisation of a NetSuite ERP platform for a technology‑enabled operational solutions provider. You will work closely with client teams to analyse current processes, configure the new system and ensure a smooth transition aligned with NetSuite best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse existing business processes and current NetSuite configuration.
• Conduct functional walkthrough sessions and map BRD requirements to NetSuite capabilities.
• Identify gaps, recommend improvements and evaluate customisation alternatives.
• Configure, test and validate NetSuite modules.
• Support migration validation, UAT preparation and execution, and define acceptance criteria.
• Prepare functional documentation and evaluate change requests.
• Guide the client on NetSuite best practices throughout the project.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of NetSuite functional consulting experience.
• Proven experience with NetSuite implementations and ERP business processes.
• Strong background in finance, procurement, inventory and order‑management processes.
• Ability to conduct workshops, perform fit‑gap analysis and support UAT/go‑live activities.
• Upper‑Intermediate English proficiency or higher.
