Odoo Implementation Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Odoo ERP Implementation Specialist to lead the end‑to‑end deployment of Odoo across our operations in Oman. The role involves analysing current processes, configuring modules, and ensuring a smooth transition to the new system.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle implementation of Odoo ERP, from requirement analysis to go‑live.
• Analyse existing business processes and recommend improvements and automation.
• Configure and deploy Odoo modules such as Accounting, Sales & CRM, Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing (MRP), HR & Payroll, Expenses, Fleet, Maintenance and Point of Sale.
• Set up workflows, approvals, user access and system permissions.
• Coordinate with department heads to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
• Perform data migration, data cleaning and system setup.
• Work with Odoo developers to create customisations and integrations.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting and validation before go‑live.
• Prepare SOPs, user documentation and deliver training to end users.
• Provide post‑implementation support, monitor system performance and identify further automation opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience implementing Odoo ERP in one or more organisations.
• Proven track record of successful Odoo roll‑outs.
• Strong understanding of Odoo functional modules and related business processes, especially in manufacturing, trading, distribution or FMCG.
• Experience with data migration, user training and ERP deployment.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
