Operations Director

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Director to lead service delivery across a portfolio of multinational clients. This senior, client‑ and government‑facing role requires strong engagement with Omani ministries, PRO team management and delivery to international service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead an operations team of at least six staff
• Manage multinational client portfolios with high responsiveness
• Represent the company and its clients in senior government engagements
• Resolve complex regulatory, HR, contractual, and operational issues
• Oversee all PRO, visa, labour, licensing, and compliance processes
• Act as authorised signatory for multiple client entities
• Support commercial growth and participate in client pitches
• Ensure service delivery meets international standards

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in operations management, PRO, or government liaison roles
• Proven experience managing teams and multiple client portfolios
• Strong understanding of Omani labour law and regulatory frameworks
• Ability to lead from the front, mentor PRO staff and build capability
• Experience handling regulatory, HR, contractual and operational issues
• Experience representing organisations in senior government engagements
