Operations Director – Services (Government & Client Services)

About the role

Bondoni is seeking an Operations Director to lead its Government & Client Services division in Oman. The role combines senior operational management with high‑level government liaison, supporting multinational clients through complex regulatory and compliance matters.

Key responsibilities

• Lead an operations team of at least six staff members.
• Manage multinational client portfolios with a focus on rapid responsiveness.
• Represent Bondoni and its clients in senior engagements with Omani ministries such as the Ministry of Labour, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, and the Royal Oman Police.
• Resolve complex regulatory, HR, contractual and operational issues.
• Oversee all PRO, visa, labour, licensing and compliance processes.
• Act as authorised signatory for multiple client entities.

Required profile

• Proven, active network across key Omani ministries and strong PRO/government liaison experience.
• Experience working with international companies and delivering to global service standards.
• Minimum 10 years in operations management, PRO, or government liaison roles, with team‑leadership experience.
• Deep understanding of Omani labour law and regulatory frameworks.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, with strong stakeholder‑management and commercial awareness.
