About the role

The Operations Executive supports the daily functioning of the organization by coordinating tasks, managing information flow, and ensuring processes run efficiently. This entry‑level position is ideal for a recent graduate eager to develop operational expertise within a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative assistance, including document handling, scheduling, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate and schedule operational tasks or projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and other tracking systems for inventory, budgets, and project status.
• Facilitate communication between departments to ensure smooth information flow.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and propose solutions to the supervisor.
• Prepare regular operational performance reports and KPI dashboards.
• Assist with vendor relations, order placement, delivery tracking, and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, SOPs, and safety standards.
• Support problem‑solving initiatives across the operations team.
• Handle travel bookings and related reservations for employees.
• Document operational outcomes and maintain accurate records.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
