About the role
The Operations Manager will lead and oversee service delivery for our client in Muscat, ensuring efficient operations across landscaping, facilities management, and community services.
Key responsibilities
- Manage large teams, supervisors, and subcontractors to meet performance targets.
- Oversee KPIs, manpower planning, and overall service delivery quality.
Required profile
- 10+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in landscaping, FM, community management or public realm.
- Proven ability to manage large teams, clients and complex service operations.
