Oracle CC&B Developer

About the role

We are seeking an Oracle CC&B Developer to join a leading global utility client through Dautom. The role involves designing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) solutions across multiple utility domains.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and administer Oracle CC&B modules such as Billing, Payments, Credit & Collections, Case Management, Adjustments, Field Activities, and User Access.
• Develop and maintain batch processes, algorithms, PL/SQL procedures, and complex SQL queries.
• Create and customize BI Publisher reports and integrate web services, including SMS configuration.
• Gather requirements, produce functional and technical design documentation, and lead UAT activities.
• Provide user training, documentation, and post‑implementation support.
• Support system upgrades and resolve defects or enhancements.

Required profile

• Extensive experience implementing Oracle CC&B in utility sectors (electricity, water, wastewater, gas).
• Strong understanding of utility business processes and V‑model architecture.
• Proven ability to work with both onsite and offshore teams.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction and training.
