Oracle EBS Procurement Functional Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Procurement Functional Lead to drive functional design, configuration and testing of Oracle Purchasing solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders and offshore teams to ensure the solution meets the required business processes and delivers measurable improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Perform functional evaluation and detailed analysis of business requirements.
• Participate in design workshops, propose process improvements and map requirements to Oracle ERP modules.
• Configure Oracle EBS Purchasing, iProcurement, Sourcing, Supplier Lifecycle Management and iSupplier Portal.
• Develop and maintain functional design documentation and support application setup.
• Coordinate testing activities to validate that the solution works as expected.
• Collaborate with offshore teams and provide clear communication to both customers and internal IT groups.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience with Oracle EBS Procurement modules.
• Hands‑on experience in at least 4‑5 implementation or rollout projects.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle standard processes, integrations and customizations (reports, OAF, mobile apps).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with distributed teams.
