Outlet Manager

About the role

The Outlet Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, bar/lounge and room‑service areas at our Muscat location. This role ensures high standards of service, sanitation and financial performance while supporting both guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all front‑of‑house staff, stepping in to perform duties when needed.
• Maintain service and sanitation standards across restaurant, bar and room‑service outlets.
• Monitor staffing levels to meet guest service expectations and financial targets.
• Assist with menu planning, ordering and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with local liquor laws, food‑handling regulations and company policies.
• Coach, mentor and develop team members to improve performance and satisfaction.
• Handle peak‑period service, supporting servers and hosts on the floor.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least four years of food‑and‑beverage experience, OR a two‑year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field with at least two years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to lead a team, manage operations and drive financial results.
• Strong understanding of sanitation standards, menu development and liquor regulations.
