About the role

World Padel Academy (WPA) is expanding its footprint across the region and seeks enthusiastic, experienced Padel Coaches to deliver high‑quality training to players of all ages and skill levels. The role involves planning and leading individual, group, junior, and corporate sessions while fostering a positive and professional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver tailored coaching sessions for beginners, intermediate, advanced, and junior players.
• Assess player abilities and design sessions that meet their objectives and development needs.
• Support WPA’s academies, camps, leagues, tournaments, and community events.
• Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat bookings and long‑term development.
• Ensure all sessions are safe, professional, and punctual.
• Identify talented players and assist their progression within WPA’s pathway.
• Coordinate court bookings, scheduling, and operational requirements with venue staff.
• Represent WPA’s brand values and uphold service standards.
• Assist with promotional activities, events, and social media content as needed.
• Maintain coaching equipment and prepare courts for training.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of padel coaching experience.
• Proven ability to coach beginners through advanced players, including juniors, in both individual and group formats.
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends, public holidays, and across multiple WPA venues.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with booking and scheduling platforms such as Playtomic or Padel Mates.
• Strong technical knowledge of padel techniques and tactics.
