Part-Time Associate Trainer – Leadership & Strategic Planning

About the role

We are seeking a part‑time Associate Trainer to lead our executive programme “Professional Leadership in Planning & Quality”. The trainer will work with senior executives and managers, delivering workshop‑based learning that blends strategic planning, quality management and institutional excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver interactive training sessions on strategic planning, performance management and quality standards (ISO 21001).
• Facilitate workshops on institutional governance, leadership development, change management and digital transformation, including AI applications in training.
• Provide guidance on financial sustainability and business development for training institutions.
• Adapt content to the Arabic‑speaking audience while supporting English‑language participants.
• Assess participant progress and refine curricula based on feedback.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering executive‑level training programmes.
• Strong knowledge of the private training sector.
• Professional qualifications in one or more of the listed disciplines.
• Fluency in Arabic; English proficiency is an advantage.
