Partnerships Associate – Merchant Acquisition & Partnerships

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Partnerships Associate to grow our merchant network in Oman. The role focuses on identifying, engaging, onboarding and supporting merchants across priority sectors, working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth launches and ongoing performance.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach new merchants across categories such as retail, F&B, services and lifestyle, and pitch tailored value propositions.
• Build strong partnerships with merchants, conduct regular check‑ins, resolve issues and drive retention while gathering feedback for product improvement.
• Support promotional and campaign rollouts, coordinate in‑store activations, track results and suggest enhancements.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates are welcome, preferably with internships or projects in sales, business development, partnerships or operations.
• 0–2 years of experience in merchant acquisition, account management, business development or similar roles.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint for creating professional presentations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for basic reporting and analysis.
