Patient Journey Partner – Oncology

About the role

The Patient Journey Partner – Oncology will be the local face of Roche in Oman, driving collaboration across the oncology ecosystem. Working in a full‑time permanent capacity, you will partner with healthcare professionals, academic institutions and patient‑advocacy groups to co‑create solutions that improve outcomes for patients and their communities.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between Roche and external oncology stakeholders in Oman.
• Gather insights on patient needs, clinical practice and market dynamics to inform Roche’s strategies.
• Promote appropriate use of Roche’s oncology products throughout their lifecycle, sharing scientific and educational information in a non‑promotional manner.
• Identify and develop partnership opportunities that accelerate innovative solutions for the oncology patient journey.
• Collaborate with internal Roche teams to translate ecosystem insights into actionable initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven leadership and stakeholder‑engagement capabilities.
• Deep understanding of the oncology landscape and healthcare ecosystem in Oman.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships.
• Ability to work autonomously in an agile, collaborative environment.
