About the role

This full-time, on‑site position is for a Photography Professor Instructor at The Scientific College of Design in Muscat. The role involves teaching photography subjects such as image editing, lighting, and digital photography to college students, while shaping curriculum and supporting student projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update photography curriculum aligned with academic standards.
• Deliver lectures and conduct practical, hands‑on sessions.
• Guide students through projects and assignments, providing feedback.
• Assess student performance continuously and adapt teaching strategies.
• Collaborate with faculty to integrate interdisciplinary perspectives.

Required profile

• Proficiency in teaching and curriculum development.
• Expertise in photography and digital photography.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Master’s degree in Photography, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred).
• Prior college‑level teaching experience (advantageous).
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse faculty and student body.
