PMO Services – Multiple Positions in Oman

About the role

RINA is assembling a talent pool to support a major industrial development project in Oman. We are looking for experienced professionals to provide PMO services, governance, and site‑execution support across a range of disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project controls, schedules, and reporting mechanisms.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Manage document control processes and ensure compliance with project standards.
• Provide legal expertise on contracts and regulatory matters.
• Deliver financial analysis, budgeting, and cost control support.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, refinery, power plant, or large‑scale industrial projects.
• Relevant degree, diploma or technical certification.
• Omani nationality or currently residing in Oman will be given priority.
