Porter/Driver – Guest Services

About the role

The Porter/Driver supports the Front Office by delivering courteous luggage handling, guest transportation and general assistance, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience for hotel guests.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, offer cold towels and welcome drinks, and assist with check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Tag, transport and deliver guest luggage safely and promptly using hotel vehicles or shuttle services.
• Provide guest transportation, including arranging taxis and operating hotel shuttles.
• Deliver messages, parcels and mail, and manage room key handling as required.
• Maintain hotel vehicles and equipment, report incidents or damaged luggage, and keep accurate records to control costs.
• Promote hotel services, excursions and local attractions to guests.

Required profile

• Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism or a related field.
• Previous experience in Front Office, Concierge, Bell Attendant or Guest Services is an advantage.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Valid driving licence.
