Presales & Bidding Specialist

About the role

Vodafone Oman is seeking an experienced Enterprise (B2B) Presales & Bidding Specialist to join its fast‑growing, 100% Omani‑owned team. You will act as the technical bridge between sales and product teams, shaping solutions that meet the unique needs of corporate customers across IoT, ICT, mobility, cybersecurity and fixed services.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with prospective and existing B2B customers to analyse business requirements and challenges.
• Design and propose tailored solutions that leverage Vodafone’s IoT, ICT, mobility, cybersecurity and fixed‑line offerings.
• Provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle, ensuring customers understand solution value and capabilities.
• Prepare detailed proposals, including technical specifications, cost estimates and bidding documents.
• Support the sales team in presentations, negotiations and customer workshops.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of telecom technologies and market trends.
• Collect customer feedback to inform product development and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 3‑5 years of pre‑sales experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Strong understanding of enterprise telecom solutions and B2B sales processes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic start‑up environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
