Production & Operations Manager – Muscat

About the role

Triol is seeking a hands‑on Production & Operations Manager to lead its new assembly facility in Muscat. You will be the primary operational driver, coordinating production, facility management and logistics for a compact local team.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily assembly and production schedules while directly supervising technical and operational staff.
• Maintain up‑to‑date technical and operational documentation.
• Oversee site infrastructure, manage utility contracts (electricity, gas, water) and arrange routine facility maintenance.
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE, electrical safety and fire safety regulations, acting as the main contact for local authorities and audits.
• Manage warehouse operations, inventory control and coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with logistics providers.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Petroleum or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of operational, facility or production management experience in an industrial environment, preferably in electrical equipment manufacturing or assembly.
• Hands‑on experience leading teams of up to 30 people and managing facility infrastructure.
• Strong independence and ability to handle operational priorities as well as local client and partner relationships.
• Full professional fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
