Property Valuator – Oman

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Property Valuator to join our team in Oman. The role involves delivering accurate valuations for residential, commercial, industrial and other property types, supporting banks, clients and other stakeholders with reliable market insights.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct valuations of residential, commercial, industrial and other properties.
• Perform on‑site inspections to assess location, condition, specifications and marketability.
• Research the Omani real‑estate market and analyse comparable properties.
• Prepare accurate and professional valuation reports.
• Liaise with clients, banks, financial institutions and other stakeholders.
• Stay updated on Omani property market trends and valuation practices.
• Ensure all valuations comply with applicable regulations and professional standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of property valuation experience in Oman.
• Strong knowledge of the Omani real‑estate market.
• Proven ability to produce professional valuation reports.
• Good analytical, report‑writing and communication skills.
• Valid Omani driving licence is an advantage.
