Public Relations & Logistics Specialist

About the role

The Public Relations & Logistics Specialist will support the Oman branch in regulatory, immigration, and logistics matters while acting as a liaison for internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate tax registration, municipal licensing, lease agreements and vehicle registration/inspection.
• Coordinate logistics operations, including inventory management, transportation planning, and ROP system monitoring.
• Prepare work permits, residency visas, invitation letters and manage related documentation.
• Assist HR with labour, immigration queries and ensure all permits are current.
• Handle public‑relations tasks such as signboard approvals and CR paper updates.

Required profile

• Graduate or relevant college diploma.
• Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in the same industry.
• Omani nationality, fluent in English and Arabic.
• Valid Oman driving licence, own vehicle, and age under 35.

Required skills

• Knowledge of local, state and federal transportation regulations.
• Ability to coordinate with suppliers, carriers and internal teams.
• Strong administrative and documentation skills.
