Quality Control Inspector – Cable Manufacturing

About the role

The Quality Control Inspector will support the QC Manager in ensuring that all cable products meet internal and external quality standards. Working within the Operations section, the role involves testing raw materials, finished goods, and preparing documentation for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare test certificates required by the Sales and Marketing department.
• Assist in third‑party inspections of finished goods together with Customer Support Services.
• Schedule and arrange drums for testing in the designated area.
• Support testing and final packaging of materials.
• Test raw materials and ensure compliance with client, national and international specifications.
• Execute the quality test plan according to client or company requirements.
• Perform internal test plans on manufactured cables in a timely manner.
• Prepare periodic reports on material consumption, weight analysis, and other metrics for management.

Required profile

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control within a cable manufacturing environment.
• Good understanding of cable manufacturing processes and related technologies.
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.

Required skills

• Cable manufacturing analysis.
• Testing methods according to BS and ICE standards.
• Proficiency with MS‑Office applications.
• Knowledge of material properties (metals, polymers).
