Quality Manager – Hospitality

About the role

The Quality Manager will lead the implementation of quality assurance processes that align with the brand’s standards and guest expectations at our Al Mouj property. This role focuses on continuous improvement, employee satisfaction, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Coach managers on Total Quality Management principles and conduct monthly audits to ensure compliance with company and brand standards.
• Analyze defect trends using data collection methods and drive corrective actions to meet critical customer requirements.
• Review guest feedback with leadership, address complaints, and ensure timely corrective measures.
• Facilitate process‑improvement teams and support regional implementation of best practices.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related field with 3 years relevant experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with 1 year experience.
• Experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales & marketing, or management operations within the hospitality sector.
