We are looking for a passionate and driven Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Muscat, Oman and support us in attracting exceptional talent who embody the spirit, craftsmanship and excellence of the House. Key responsibilities

• Support the recruitment process
• Source and engage exceptional talent
• Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews
• Build strong talent pipelines
• Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives
• Create a memorable candidate experience
• Ensure onboarding process requirements are in place

Required profile

• 1–2 years’ experience in Recruitment or HR
• Fashion, luxury, or retail experience is a plus
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Proactive, curious, and people‑focused
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and recruitment tools
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
