Restaurant Manager

About the role

Six Senses Zighy Bay is seeking a Restaurant Manager who embraces the brand’s vision of reconnecting guests with themselves, others and the world. The role is central to delivering sustainable, wellness‑focused, and memorable dining experiences while upholding the resort’s values of local sensitivity, emotional hospitality and pioneering wellness.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all food & beverage outlets and coordinate special events.
• Achieve budgeted revenue targets, control expenses and labour costs, and maximise profitability.
• Assist in preparing the annual operating budget and monitor financial performance.
• Maintain secure storage of inventory, equipment, cash and financial transactions.
• Implement purchasing practices aligned with Six Senses nutrition and sustainability standards.
• Instil a cost‑focused culture through staff training and education.
• Ensure compliance with legal, statutory, safety, and brand standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1‑3 years restaurant management experience in a full‑service outlet.
• Hospitality Management degree or some college coursework preferred.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Alcohol awareness certification and/or valid food‑service/health handler permit.
• Strong leadership, able to thrive in multicultural teams and live in a remote location for extended periods.
