Restaurant Manager – Luxury Hotel

About the role

As the Restaurant Manager at Alila Jabal Akhdar, you will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the hotel restaurant, lead a diverse team, maintain exceptional food and service standards, and drive revenue and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, fostering a positive work environment and providing performance feedback.
• Manage daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, health and safety compliance, inventory control, and policy implementation.
• Ensure high‑quality guest experiences by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining the restaurant’s ambiance.
• Set and achieve revenue and profitability targets through cost control, menu pricing, budgeting, and regular financial reporting.
• Collaborate with the chef to develop and update menu offerings that reflect guest preferences and seasonal trends.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in food and beverage services within a luxury hotel, fine‑dining restaurant, or upscale hospitality environment.
• Formal training in hospitality management, food and beverage, or customer service is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are highly valued.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities with a hands‑on management style.
