Restaurant Operations Manager – Full Operations & Launch

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Operations Manager to lead the complete set‑up and daily running of our restaurants, cafés and retail food outlets. The role combines strategic planning, hands‑on launch execution and ongoing operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end operations of multiple restaurant and retail locations, from pre‑opening setup to full launch.
• Develop and enforce operational procedures, service standards, hygiene and quality controls.
• Lead new outlet openings, coordinating contractors, suppliers, kitchen teams and local authorities.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, control food, labour and overhead costs, and produce monthly financial reports.
• Recruit, train and supervise chefs, front‑of‑house staff, delivery personnel and support teams.
• Negotiate with suppliers, maintain agreements and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Collaborate with chefs on menu development, pricing and product performance analysis.

Required profile

• Proven experience in restaurant or food‑service operations management, including opening new sites.
• Strong track record in cost control, budgeting and financial performance reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and a hands‑on leadership style.
