Retail Sales Intern

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Retail Sales Intern to join our store team. You will represent the brand, support sales, and deliver exceptional customer service while gaining hands‑on experience in retail operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the right products.
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to encourage repeat purchases.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure stock is displayed attractively.
• Handle POS transactions, process payments, issue receipts, refunds and change accurately.
• Record inventory movements and assist with stock‑in/out reporting.
• Monitor store security and adhere to loss‑prevention policies.
• Work flexible shifts, including extended hours during sales periods.

Required profile

• Presentable, well‑groomed, and enthusiastic about customer interaction.
• Willing to work varied shifts and overtime as needed.
• Basic knowledge of retail products and willingness to learn brand details.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Point‑of‑Sale (POS) systems.
• Basic cash handling and transaction accuracy.
