Retail Sales Intern

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Retail Sales Intern to join our store team. The intern will support daily operations, deliver excellent customer service, and help drive sales while gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them to suitable products.
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to encourage repeat purchases.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure stock is attractively displayed.
• Handle point‑of‑sale transactions, process payments, issue receipts, and manage cash till balances.
• Record inventory movements and assist with stock counts.
• Adhere to store SOPs, loss‑prevention policies, and security procedures.
• Work flexible shifts, including extended hours during sales periods.

Required profile

• Presentable, well‑groomed, and customer‑focused.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and brand information.
• Ability to work in a team and follow guidelines.

Required skills

• Operation of POS (Point of Sale) systems.
