Sales Engineer – Interior Design & Luxury Tiles

About the role

We are launching a new luxury brand that offers premium Italian and Spanish tile collections. As a Sales Engineer you will combine design expertise with sales acumen to guide customers through the showroom, turning their ideas into exceptional interior solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, understand their project requirements and provide tailored design advice.
• Present product features, applications and benefits of the tile range.
• Assist customers in selecting colors, patterns, sizes, finishes and design combinations.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on leads and manage the sales process to closure.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to brand growth.
• Stay informed on interior design trends, materials and market developments.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, colors and finishes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
• Professional appearance and a positive, customer‑focused attitude.
