Sales Executive

About the role

Luxury Home Smart Systems is seeking a full‑time Sales Executive to work on‑site in Muscat. You will engage prospective and existing clients, conduct in‑person consultations, and present customized smart‑home solutions that blend technology, design, and entertainment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and manage the sales pipeline.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and coordinate product demonstrations with technical and design teams.
• Maintain strong client relationships, follow up on leads, and ensure timely communication throughout the sales cycle.
• Support project handover to implementation teams and collaborate with internal stakeholders to align client expectations with system design capabilities.

Required profile

• Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, consultative selling, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Excellent customer‑facing and communication abilities, such as active listening and clear presentation.
• Basic technical aptitude for smart‑home, audio‑visual, or home‑automation systems.
• Organizational and planning skills for pipeline management, time management, and accurate documentation.
• Relevant qualification (diploma or degree) in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
• Experience in luxury goods, home automation, AV, interior design, or residential construction sales is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in Muscat, travel to client locations, and maintain a professional appearance.
