Sales Executive – Managed Print, AV & Office Furniture

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive growth of Managed Print Services, Audio‑Visual solutions and Office Furniture across the Sultanate of Oman. Based in Muscat, you will identify new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate, government, education and SME sectors.
• Promote Managed Print Services, Audio‑Visual solutions and Office Furniture products and services.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, market research and business development activities.
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations, product demonstrations and solution discussions.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations and commercial offers aligned with customer requirements.
• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close sales while maintaining profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, decision‑makers and key stakeholders.
• Provide responsive communication and professional support to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular follow‑ups and account reviews to identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market developments and competitor activities.
