Sales & Facility Manager - Real Estate

About the role

The Sales & Facility Manager will drive occupancy and revenue growth while overseeing daily facility operations of residential properties. This dual‑focus role combines strategic sales and leasing activities with the management of maintenance programmes, contracts and safety compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Generate new business through market research, networking, referrals and property portals.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate with clients, prepare proposals and close deals.
• Maintain strong relationships with tenants, owners, brokers and corporate customers.
• Monitor market trends, rental rates and competitor activities; produce forecasts and performance reports.
• Manage daily facility operations, including MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil works, elevators and safety systems.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, handle tenant requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct regular property inspections to uphold cleanliness, security and service standards.
• Oversee facility contracts, service agreements and annual maintenance contracts (AMCs), negotiating terms and monitoring performance.
• Manage vendors and contractors, obtain quotations, negotiate pricing and ensure compliance with agreed standards.
• Ensure health, safety and regulatory compliance, coordinating fire, elevator and building system inspections.

Required profile

• Proven experience in real‑estate sales, leasing and property occupancy management.
• Hands‑on experience managing facility operations and maintenance programmes for residential assets.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills with clients, tenants, owners and service providers.
• Ability to analyse market data, prepare forecasts and generate performance reports.
• Knowledge of health, safety and building compliance requirements.
