Sales Specialist - Bearings (SKF Experience Preferred)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Specialist focused on industrial bearings to join our growing team at GENSERV. The role involves driving sales of bearing products, building strong customer relationships, and supporting technical inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
• Promote and sell bearing products and related solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up on orders.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and growth objectives.
• Provide technical support and product recommendations to customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Sales, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in industrial bearing sales.
• Experience with SKF products is a significant advantage.
• Valid driving licence.

• Strong understanding of bearings and power transmission products.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
