Sales Team Lead

About the role

Rikaz, a leading Omani real estate developer, is seeking a Sales Team Lead to drive revenue and occupancy for its residential, commercial and mixed‑use projects. Based on‑site in Masqat, you will guide a sales team, ensure excellent client service and shape strategies that support sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Set and communicate sales targets, monitor performance and provide coaching to team members.
• Oversee day‑to‑day client interactions, ensuring high‑quality customer service.
• Manage the sales pipeline for all project types, from lead generation to closing.
• Analyse market trends, prepare regular sales reports and present insights to senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Contribute to the development of sales strategies that enhance the customer experience and drive growth.

Required profile

• Proven sales expertise in real‑estate or a related sector, including lead generation, negotiation and closing.
• Strong team‑management experience with a focus on coaching, performance monitoring and coordination.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and professional communication skills.
• Analytical mindset capable of interpreting sales data and market trends.
• Relevant experience in GCC real‑estate sales or property development is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Masqat with a collaborative, results‑oriented approach and high ethical standards.

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Sales data analysis and market‑trend interpretation.
