Scaffolding Supervisor – Fabrication Yard

About the role

The Scaffolding Supervisor will lead all scaffolding activities within the fabrication yard, ensuring safe erection, modification, inspection, maintenance and dismantling of scaffolds. This role works closely with construction, QA/QC, planning and HSE teams to meet daily production targets while complying with project specifications and statutory regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate scaffold erection, alteration and dismantling across fabrication, assembly, outfitting, blasting, painting and load‑out areas.
• Ensure all scaffolding work follows approved drawings, method statements and project requirements.
• Allocate manpower, tools and equipment to achieve daily production goals.
• Monitor scaffold material utilization, preventing loss, damage or misuse.
• Conduct toolbox talks, pre‑job briefings and safety awareness sessions.
• Maintain full compliance with company HSE procedures, client requirements and international scaffolding standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising scaffolding operations in a fabrication or construction environment.
• Strong understanding of HSE regulations and international scaffolding standards.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams and manage resources effectively.
