Security Business Manager

About the role

The Security Business Manager will lead the development and growth of an end‑to‑end security solutions portfolio serving government, defence, critical infrastructure, industrial and commercial customers. This commercially focused position requires deep expertise across physical, electronic and cyber security domains and the ability to translate customer requirements into viable business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and pursue new business opportunities across the security sector.
• Lead customer engagements, proposals, tenders and commercial negotiations.
• Build and maintain relationships with government, defence, critical infrastructure and commercial clients.
• Develop partnerships with security OEMs, technology providers and specialist partners.
• Maintain and expand the company’s security solutions and services portfolio, covering both physical and cyber domains.
• Evaluate emerging security technologies and translate requirements into commercially viable solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of relevant security experience, preferably in military, government, defence or critical infrastructure environments.
• Strong commercial and business‑development capability with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
• Broad understanding of physical and electronic security technologies, especially access control and integrated systems.
• Good knowledge of cybersecurity principles and the convergence of physical and digital security.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑management skills.
